At Haskan Pharma (Pvt.) Ltd, we value customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of cosmeceutical and personal care products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • The incorrect product was delivered

2. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Sale or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)
